Rental Exchanges and Returns

Before you return your instrument to us...
Please check the case and remove your personal items (for example: sheet music, shoulder rests, sponges, rock stops, metronomes, tuners, etc.). We can't guarantee that you will be able to obtain them after returning.

Note: CT School Rentals need to be returned/exchanged with Stamell Strings directly.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR INSTRUMENT AT THE SCHOOL WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US.

Please return the instrument rental 2 days before the due date to ensure that your credit card will not be automatically charged for the next 3 month rental. We do not offer refunds on rentals of any duration. If you have questions, please contact us at [email protected] or (413) 256 0936.
